Shipping + Returns
Our online orders are distributed from our warehouse in Australia. Shipping in Australia and New Zealand is a flat rate of $10. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at an additional 2-5 business days. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 for all parcels using a registered international service. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at an additional 2-3 weeks. When placing an international order, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated once your package arrives in your country. Orders may be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon individual country regulations, which may cause delays. Please check with your local customs office. If any duty or customs charges are payable in your country, they will be payable to you.
Returns + Exchanges
All returns must be received by Dorsu within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
The cost of delivery for returns is non-refundable.

Full Priced Items
Full priced items can be exchanged for a different size, a different item or refunded.
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached. We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
All items must be returned with proof of purchase. The cost of delivery to and from Dorsu on exchanged items is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend the use of a tracked postal service as lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale + Discounted Items
Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size or for a different item.
No refunds can be made on items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
