Welcome to our Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges info page. If you're finding yourself here, we must've done something right! Please click on a link for more information on domestic & international shipping, as well as exchanges, returns, and gift cards.

All of our online orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Australia HQ.

We always do our best to take care of our customers and handle enquiries fairly and reasonably. We hope you’ll be fair and reasonable with us.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

$10 flat rate for orders up to $100

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.

Please allow 2 days for your order to be dispatched, plus 2-5 business days for it to land on your doorstep.


International Shipping

$25 flat rate for parcels to any part of the world outside Australia & New Zealand.

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched, plus 2-3 weeks for it to arrive on your doorstep.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for the parcel once it leaves our hands. You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are calculated when your parcel arrives in your country's border. Orders may also be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon individual country regulations. Sometimes, this may cause delays.

Dorsu isn't responsible for any duty or custom charges, if they arise. Please check with your local customs office.


Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your new clothing, and we understand not everything will be the perfect fit. If you wish to return or exchange all or part of your order, please ensure the items are returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Tags attached
  • And with your original packaging slip

We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered, or customer-damaged goods, nor can we refund the cost of shipping your parcel back to us.

Please email hello@dorsu.org if you wish to return your item, and we will be happy to help you.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

We understand not everything fits perfectly the first time, so all full- priced items can be exchanged for a different size, a different item of equal or lesser value, or a full and partial refund.

We recommend the use of a tracked postal service as lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All Sale items, and those purchased with discount codes, may only be exchanged for a different size or for a different item, if we have your desired size in-stock.


Gift Cards

When purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, please remember the following:

  • Gift Cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
  • Gift Cards are digital and have a unique code that can be used at checkout.
  • The Gift Card value will be subtracted from the total order amount, including shipping.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Card, (but the recipient can use them when making a purchase on the gift card)
  • Gift Cards may only be purchased one at a time and not in conjunction with other items.
  • Gift Card's can only be purchased one at a time and not in conjunction with other items. When purchasing a Gift Card, you will be taken directly to the checkout page.
  • In the event of a refund on an order made using a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be added to the Gift Card's balance.
